A ratchet belt: no holes, so it closes exactly where you want it rather than a notch either side. The buckle runs on a hidden track down the reverse of the strap. A squared brushed metal buckle and contrast stitching along both edges keep it sharp.

Inside and out

Slide the strap into the buckle and it locks on the hidden track that runs down the reverse; the release lever underneath frees it again. Because there are no holes, the strap is trimmed to length at home and then fits without a gap or a stretched hole. Contrast stitching runs along both edges, and the squared buckle has a brushed finish.

How to wear it

Designed for business wear, it sits cleanly with suit trousers, chinos and smart denim. Tan suits lighter suits and summer fabrics; Dark Brown suits navy, grey and brown tailoring.
