Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to GLOVANO LLC. By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. PRODUCTS
Our products are made from vegan leather. We state this on every product page and never present them as animal leather. Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can vary between screens and a small variation from the photograph is not a defect.
3. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing or product descriptions, and may cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.
4. ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
5. PERSONALISED ITEMS
Free engraving is personalised on your instruction. We engrave exactly the text you submit, so please check spelling before ordering: we cannot correct a text you entered incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse to engrave anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing someone else's rights.
6. PAYMENT
Payments are handled by Shopify's secure checkout and its payment providers. We do not see or store your card details.
7. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of this site — text, photographs, logos and designs — belongs to GLOVANO LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. LIABILITY
We are liable for delivering products that match their description and are free from defects. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of a product, to the extent the law allows.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
11. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
