<h3>Orders</h3>
<p><strong>Can I change or cancel my order?</strong><br>
Write to <a href="mailto:contact@glovano.com">contact@glovano.com</a> as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we will change or cancel it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot stop it, but you can still return it.</p>
<p><strong>Do you offer free engraving?</strong><br>
Yes, on every piece, at no extra cost. Pick "Yes, engrave it" on the product page and type the name before adding to cart. Engraved pieces are made to order, so they take an extra business day to leave us.</p>
<p><strong>Can an engraved piece be returned?</strong><br>
Yes, under the same conditions as everything else, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.</p>
<h3>Shipping</h3>
<p><strong>How much is shipping?</strong><br>
Free on orders over $50. Below that, a flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.</p>
<p><strong>How long does delivery take?</strong><br>
We prepare orders in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination. Every order ships with tracking and you receive the link by email.</p>
<p><strong>My tracking has not moved.</strong><br>
Tracking can stay quiet for a few days between scans, especially at customs. If nothing has changed after 7 days, write to us and we will chase the carrier.</p>
<h3>Returns</h3>
<p><strong>How long do I have?</strong><br>
14 days from delivery. The full conditions are in our refund policy.</p>
<p><strong>The piece arrived damaged.</strong><br>
Send us a photo at <a href="mailto:contact@glovano.com">contact@glovano.com</a> within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. You do not pay return shipping in that case.</p>
<h3>Products</h3>
<p><strong>Is this real leather?</strong><br>
No, and we never claim otherwise. Every piece is made from vegan leather, which is stated on each product page.</p>
<p><strong>How do I care for it?</strong><br>
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Keep it away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight. No polish or leather cream is needed.</p>
<p><strong>How do I pick a belt size?</strong><br>
Measure a belt you already wear, from the fold at the buckle to the hole you actually use, and match that measurement. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.</p>
<h3>Payment</h3>
<p><strong>Which payment methods do you take?</strong><br>
The full list is shown at checkout and in the footer of every page. All payments run through Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your card details.</p>
